Common sense of antifreeze of submersible pump

Hello!Due to the cooler weather in winter and the recent freezing weather, the submersible pump is very easy to freeze and crack. Please be sure to do a good job of antifreeze!Avoid causing you unnecessary losses and troubles.

Antifreeze precautions are as follows：

1.When the submersible pump is not in use, please empty the water in the submersible pump body and the water pipe.(The operation is as follows: open the submersible pump drainage (exhaust) screw and empty the water in the pump body).(This method is not applicable to PM, CP, CPS, LNP shielded pump, PT pipeline pump, WE600 sewage lifter and submersible submersible pump. LNP shielded pump and PT pipeline pump belong to hot water circulation, WE600 sewage lifter is installed indoors, and the submersible submersible pump is immersed in water without drainage screws)

2.Run the submersible pump regularly to ensure that the submersible pump must not fall below zero degrees to prevent the water from freezing.

3.If the submersible pump has frozen, please heat the submersible pump housing or use a heat source to melt the ice in the pump body.

4.The outside of the pump body can be wrapped in thick cotton wool or thermal insulation materials, and the pipe can be wrapped with straw rope cloth or coated with antifreeze paint and other measures. To achieve antifreeze effect, so that the submersible pump can operate normally.

5.Freezing and cracking are not covered by the warranty, please be sure to take antifreeze measures.
